Welcome to Warwick Wold Waters

The Fishery

The fishery is now closed to day ticket anglers for its winter break. Weather permitting we hope to be able to reopen for the 2025 season on Friday 21 March.

Warwick Wold Waters has been open since June 2011. It has been designed, constructed and maintained so that it accommodates the needs of every angler from novice to expert. The fishery is located at the bottom of the Surrey North Downs, which is classified as an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Warwick Wold Waters caters for all coarse fishing lovers. The lakes are stocked with common, mirror and F1 carp, as well as crucian carp, roach, rudd, bream, tench and barbel, which were introduced into Spring Lake a few years ago and are now approaching 5lb in weight. You’ll find unprecedented sport across all five lakes dug into this 30-acre site. Each lake is fed with100% spring water which helps to keep the fish in prime condition.

Situated just 15 miles from Central London, the fishery is disabled friendly and permanently staffed, making it ideal for experienced and inexperienced anglers as well as families. There is an onsite shop which sells baits, groundbaits and some end tackle. There is also a café where you can buy hot food as well as hot and cold drinks and a range of chocolate bars and crisps. The café includes ladies and gents' toilets for your convenience.
